I came across this scripture twice today and decided to take the time to really consider these words.
When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?”
They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.”
“But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”
-Matthew 16:13-15
When I react to my children, respond to my spouse, talk with a friend, when I am going about my daily routine, what does my character say about who I believe Jesus really is? Who do I say Jesus is?
Good point. I think I'll be pondering this one for a bit.
